Your Ndubazi Camp Shop Account Is Now on Your Phone — Here's How to Claim It

If you shop at Ndubazi Camp Shop, you already have a SparzaFi account — you just haven't claimed it yet. Every credit purchase, every loan, every repayment you've ever made with us is already recorded under your Customer ID. Now you can see all of it on your phone, any time, without waiting to ask at the counter.

How to claim your account (2 minutes)

1. Get your Customer ID. Ask for it at Ndubazi Camp Shop next time you come in, or call 076 263 3541 and we'll give it to you.
2. Go to finance.sparzafi.store on your phone and tap the Redeem tab.
3. Enter your Customer ID, your phone number and choose a password. That's it — your full history comes with you: your credit record, your trust standing, everything you've built up with us.

What you'll see when you log in

• Your balance, in black and white. What you owe on loans, what's on your shop credit, and what you have saved — plus one clear "net position" number that puts it all together.
• Your loan score and loan limit. No guessing about where you stand.
• Your full history. Every loan and every repayment, with dates.

Repay well, borrow more

Your loan limit is not fixed — it grows with your repayment record:

• Repay at least half of what you borrow on time → limit of R100
• Repay 80% or more → limit of R250
• Repay everything, every time → limit of R500

Every repayment you make at the shop updates your score automatically. The customers who repay well are the ones we can say yes to first — and the app shows you exactly how close you are to the next level.

Save where you shop

You can also keep savings with us. Deposit any amount at the shop — depositing is free — and watch your balance in the app. It's money kept safely out of your pocket until you need it. (A small 2% fee applies when you withdraw, and a R10 monthly account fee keeps the service running — no hidden charges beyond that.)

Want a bigger loan? Get verified

Inside the app you can complete a full loan application: fill in your details and upload your ID, a payslip and a bank statement. Once you're verified, you can request loans straight from your dashboard and add your banking details so payouts go directly to your bank account.
